| PURPOSE | |

The Outreach Program is a new program still in its developmental stages. Using a harm reduction approach we work with marginalized (at risk, hard to reach, homeless) people in their communities. Our aim is to reduce or eliminate barriers to service. |

| Our Goals are to: | |||||||||
| l.understand the needs of at risk and homeless adults | |||||||||
| l.provide a range of support from prevention to treatment to adults who may be at risk for substances misuse | |||||||||
| l.provide information and referrals on alcohol and drug-related issues | |||||||||
| l.connect adults with needed community resources | |||||||||
| l.offer consultations | |||||||||
| l.connect with community organizations to improve access and reduce barriers to service | |||||||||
