PURPOSE
l..This group is for men who are interested in reducing or eliminating the use of alcohol and/or drugs.
WHO
Men who have completed an assessment and are referred by their counsellor.
WHAT
A 2-hour group occurring one evening a week in the fall, winter and spring. Each session addresses a different topic related to substance use. Group members are able to work on their goals around their substance use. Topics include stress management, leisure, assertiveness, function of drug use, nutrition, relationships, power and control, anger and conflict resolution.
