Umbrellas is a program for women who are pregnant or parenting young children (up to 3 years old) and are also involved with drugs and/or alcohol.

Are you pregnant? Just had a baby? Concerned about your use of drugs and/or alcohol? Know someone who is?

We recognize that women may use drugs or alcohol to cope with difficult life situations. We understand that it can be difficult to reduce or stop using drugs or alcohol without support. LET’S TALK!

We believe in hope, respect, understanding your strengths, and valuing your choices.

We offer fast-tracked appointments at convenient locations, support with nutrition, transportation and child supervision.

The Umbrellas program is a partnership of Central East addiction service providers. Support services are available at Pinewood Centre, Four Counties Addiction Services Team Inc. (FourCAST), Simcoe Outreach Services (SOS) and Addiction Services for York Region (ASYR).
