			PURPOSE
			The Outreach Program is a new program still in its developmental stages. Using a harm reduction approach we work with marginalized (at risk, hard to reach, homeless) youth in their communities. Our aim is to reduce or eliminate barriers to service.


			Our Goals are to:
			l.provide community service to youth who may be at risk because of their use of substances
			l.provide supportive counselling in individual and group formats
			l.provide information and referrals for alcohol and drug-related issues
			l.connect with community organizations to improve access and reduce barriers to service
