Let’s Talk It Out – Wellness Drop-in Group
Wednesday, February 21, 2018 –
Let’s Talk It Out is a 7-week wellness drop-in group that supports participants as they explore their inner strengths and talents.
Participants will learn to develop a growth mindset and resilience through inspirations from Ted Talk discussions and participation in different creative activities such as expressive arts, laughter yoga, mindful movement, writing to wellness, and more!
Light refreshments will be provided. Takes place in the MINO Room.
