New Survey: Experiences with virtual services and supports for substance use
The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA), in partnership with the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, the Canadian Psychological Association, and Canada Health Infoway is conducting a survey to understand the impact of this change.
Virtual services and supports can be any service accessed online or by phone, including through telemedicine, video conferencing or an app. CCSA would like to hear from people who have used these services for substance use, as well as those who, for various reasons, declined them. It asks for their opinions about what is working well and what can be improved. People who complete the survey can enter a draw for a chance to win a $20 Tim Hortons gift card.
